This covers the sign-up form on our website — the one place Trimlane keeps something of yours on a server. The app is separate and stores everything on your own device: that is app privacy.
We keep your email, your country, and whether you asked to test early. We write when Trimlane opens where you are, and when we ship something big. Never sold, never shared, never linked to anything the app holds. Email support@trimlane.app and we’ll delete it.
Your email address, the country you chose, whether you ticked “Test Trimlane before launch”, and the date. That is the whole record — no name, no device details, nothing from the app.
Two things: when Trimlane opens in your country, and when we ship something significant. If you ticked the testing box, we may also write when we need testers in your market. No schedule, no drip campaign — if there is nothing to say, you won’t hear from us.
We don’t track opens or clicks, and there are no tracking pixels in our emails.
Us, and nobody else. We never sell, rent or share your address, and we never buy addresses — you’re only on this list if you filled in the form yourself.
It’s kept on servers in the EU, run for us by Supabase. It isn’t visible to the app, the Chrome extension, or anyone visiting the site, and it isn’t connected to your subscriptions — the app has no account, so there’s nothing to connect it to.
Email support@trimlane.app and we’ll delete your entry — no reason needed, nothing to confirm. Moved? Submit the form again with a new country and we’ll update it — resubmitting never creates a second copy. It does replace the whole record, so re-tick the testing box if you still want it.
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, so you can stop receiving email from us.
Questions, or a change to this policy? We post revisions at this URL with a new “Last updated” date. Reach us at privacy@trimlane.app.
